What are the delivery costs?

Delivery costs depend upon location and size of the artwork/product.

You can calculate the shipping price of your order by going to your shopping cart and click ‘calculate shipping’. 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, international shipping is available for countries worldwide. See shipping prices above.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Your order will be shipped within 5 workdays, unless otherwise stated on the product page (e.g., pre-orders and commissions). Shipping time depends on the country of shipping. Below you can find an indication for shipping times of the most popular countries.*

In case you would like a faster delivery, there are options for other postal services for which I need to charge more (I don’t earn anything on the shipping costs charged). Please contact me for options.

*Please note that shipping delays frequently happen, especially for shipping outside of Europe. In my experience, shipping outside Europe usually takes 2 to 3 weeks.  Please contact me for any questions or concerns. Also, note that around holidays like Christmas shipping is usually also delayed.

What Shipping Method will be used for my order?

The shipment will always be provided with a track and trace code so you are able to track the package. The carrier selected depends on the country of shipment but will usually be shipped via our local services (PostNL), or DHL.

What should I do if my order does not arrive within the expected timeframe?

Unfortunately shipping delays often happen and are out of my control. Please contact me for any questions or concerns. Also, note that around holidays like Christmas shipping is usually also delayed.

Will I have a customs charge to pay?

Customers are responsible for any customs charges, if applicable. Please contact your local customs office prior to purchase for more details on duties, taxes and fees according to your countries regulations.

What will I do if my parcel gets lost or damaged in transit?
